Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are operating on a quick turn around pre-order/print-as-you-order campaign. What this means is we will try and print and ship your purchase at a rate that is achievable. In doing things this way, it helps us reduce unnecessary waste, because we only print what we sell. This campaign is about spreading the message about Race and Black Lives but we also want to help the continuous effort to help create sustainability for our planet.

The campaign will run for as long as there is interest and so until the product reads as sold out, you can order as many as you like. It takes us approximately 5-14 days to print and ship your order, from there, standard shipping times apply. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we would be happy to help.
